2 Rooms Available in Sharehouse in Klemzig in KLEMZIG, South Australia for sale

Hello,
We have two rooms available in our sharehouse in Klemzig. One is the master bedroom with a big window, the other is a nicely sized double room. We have a few beds and wardrobes spare if they’re needed, but otherwise the rooms are unfurnished. Both rooms have wooden floorboards.
We’re looking for people who are 20-25 ish and working or studying. I am studying interior design at Tafe and my housemate is an apprentice chef. We enjoy each other’s company and like to hang out, and we want people that will join in and hang out with us. So quiet people, this might not be for you.
We sometimes cook together and enjoy a drink on the weekend. During the week we usually have early starts so we won’t be rowdy in the evenings. We're pretty tidy, so we are looking for someone who is happy to help out with the housework and lawns.
We have a pet rabbit called Cecil. He is very friendly and nice-natured. He is de-sexed and toilet trained. He lives outside generally; sometimes he comes into the house for a visit.
The closest bus stop is a couple of minutes' walk, or the Klemzig Interchange is about a kilometre away, where you can catch Obahn buses into the city in about 10 minutes.
There is a Coles 5 mins walk away at the Greenacres Shopping Centre.
We have unlimited wifi for $15 a month, so there are no problems with going over quota and having slow internet. We split bills.
There is off-street parking in the driveway, and we’ve had no problem parking on the street as well.
