If you are a "single mum with one child", you can opt for the double room whose rent is $125/week plus utilities extra. For the single room, the rent would be $100/week plus utilities extra. Unlimited internet available too. Our home is in 10 minutes walking distance to Paradise Bus Interchange where you have quick O'Bahn buses. Bus from Paradise Interchange is about 12 minutes to North terrace or 15 mins to King William Street (in the city) and 3 mins to Tea Tree Plaza for all your shopping etc..
